These items will require either
a Deposit, or will need to be "Pre-Paid" in Full. 
"These Funds" are used to purchase the materials in order to
fill these "Special Orders".

If Orders Are Canceled - Re-Stock Fee's May be Applied:  
**Dollhouse Kits, most Interior and Exterior accessories plus household furnishings will be ordered as
"Special Order" items only..
Each order will be placed special  
"Just For You."
