we share with all that will come for a visit to our FREE Petting Zoo
... We now have over 500 and all are fed, loved, and cared for daily
by hubby Andy, and myself...
We have .. Llama, Ostriches,
Emu, Rhea, Peafowl, Swans, Pheasants, Doves, Turkeys, Ducks,
Chickens, Pigeons, Parrots, Finch's, Cockatiels, Goats, Ferret's,
Pot Belied Pigs, Geese, Rabbits, Quail, and much more ...
We do not charge any
admissions .. We allow the visitors to feed ice cream cones with
grain and / or special treats ( also free ) .. The children have a
blast collecting feathers or searching for eggs.. the Ducks
seem to drop them anywhere at anytime ..
Here are a few photos
... I do hope you will enjoy ...
These little Goats were
just born early March of 2005 .. we are bottle feeding and trying
hard to not get attached .. Guber, the Cat .. really doesn't mind
sharing his Dad ..
Born right here at our little Zoo and even
on my
birthday
On August 30th, we were blessed with our very
first new born baby Llama ..
September 2nd, we
had another baby born on .. His Mama (Shy) had to have help
delivering this little fella .. So our daughter and I were
right there and Holly delivered this beauty
This is a baby Pygmy
- and he's almost as tall as a Barbie Doll and now he
thinks as big as all the the other Goats .. He is so cute to
watch.
This is Chip, he was a rescue and release
GroundHog .. he loves to play with the cats from time to time, Dale
still comes around a great deal to share treats
..

Pete the Peacock .. he will allow me to actually pet
his beautiful tail this year it looks to be about 8 feet long .. I
will get updated pictures as soon as the weather will allow
My Name is Joe .. I am the People Greeter .. and I
am actually saying
"Welcome"
This is Gomez... He is our Male Rhea... and he's
about to hatch a clutch of eggs ...
The Rhea's are such loving Birds
...

Here we have Baby Emu hatching, and the parents
actually allowed me to watch and share the bonding times as Mickey
introduced the new Chicks their Mama, Maude .. this was a beautiful
moment, and I felt so honored to share it with them.
The Mama Goats .. Pure Nubian's .. and Very Loved.. but
Not Spoiled .. I love my ladies they are so gentle .. Everyone
is waiting for the grass to grow back again this spring ..These gals
love it when the kids come to visit them ..

We were able to take in a Mute Swan that is in need of
loads of love, patience, and special care.
This little lady appears to be a 2005 hatch, still
had her brown tips on her feathers, very healthy looking and
her wing had been cut ... so folks were taking care of her.
However .. some how - we assume a fishing lure
with a large hook had somehow stuck into the bottom part of her beak
.. she ended up loosing a good 2 inches of her actual jaw
bone, and the bottom bill ...
We made many calls, and were even on TV as we went to
get her and bring her home.. we are in the process of having a
special beak built for her now ..
She eats really well and we make a soupy meal
several times daily and she is doing wonderful
.
You will see
baby Rheas in the photo as well..
We honestly do love everyone of our Critter Children,
we devote all of our time to them and we treasure each one dearly
... This site has been created to help support
them all, as all sales are used to feed and maintain the zoo.
